Ngā mihi for joining me here.
I’m a writer, advisor, and creative strategist specialising in child, family, and community wellbeing - and in helping organisations share messages that truly connect with parents, teachers, and tamariki.
I work with people who care deeply about making a difference - those ready to turn evidence and empathy into impact. Whether you’re developing a new initiative, designing resources, or refining how you talk about what you do, I help bring clarity, creativity, and purpose to every project.
I bring both clinical expertise and a creative network of specialists to the table, combining psychology, storytelling, and strategy to create results that last.
If your organisation is ready to communicate with heart - and reach whānau, schools, and communities in meaningful ways - let’s work together.
Ko Anna Mowat toku ingoa,
I specialise in bringing wellbeing and meaningful messaging to life across organisations, schools, and communities. My focus is helping people who support whānau, parents, tamariki, and teachers to communicate ideas that inspire understanding, connection, and change.
This might mean designing concepts and campaigns, creating wellbeing resources or activities, or writing content that captures the heart of what you do - whether that’s for websites, social media, classrooms, or communities.
Over the past decade, I’ve worked as a wellbeing advisor, writer, and resource developer across national initiatives - from children’s TV and classroom programmes to digital tools and campaigns that have reached hundreds of thousands.
With a background in psychology and English, I combine evidence-based insight with creativity, empathy, and heart.
If you want to make wellbeing and communication more engaging, inclusive, and effective across your organisation, school, or community, I’d love to collaborate.
Let’s work together!
